Orders are processed Mon-Fri 8am-4pm (PST). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday. We endeavor to ship your order within 48 hours unless the item(s) is out of stock. Orders received after 12pm PST will be processed the following business day.
We do not process APO/FPO orders online. If you wish to place an order going to APO/FPO you must call in your order to receive the correct shipping costs. Any attempts at placing an APO/FPO order online will not be processed.
If we have your email address we will inform you that your order has shipped. We will also let you know the UPS tracking number for your package so you can check the status of your order at any time. Local Dealer or Kopykake?
If you are a cake decorator, artist or make-up professional and cannot find a Kopykake product at your local dealer, or you do not have a dealer close to you; then you are welcome to purchase directly from us either online or by calling toll free 800-999-5253.
